With the Biden administration already ramping up efforts of distributing COVID-19 vaccines all over the country, lawmakers and frontline workers previously received their first shots. Outlets have recently revealed that now-former president and first lady Donald and Melania Trump privately received their COVID-19 jabs before departing Washington.
Several outlets have reported that the Trumps quietly received their COVID-19 vaccines back in January before leaving the White House, according to anonymous advisers. Theirs come as a stark contrast to other political figures like now-former vice president Mike Pence and vice president Kamala Harris, President Joe Biden, and all the other former living presidents, who have chosen to publicize getting vaccinated to instill trust in the vaccines. Which vaccine they received as well as the number of doses were not disclosed.
This revelation follows the former president’s appearance at the recent Conservative Political Action Conference, where Trump told the attendees to “get your shot.” This prompted questions from the press as to whether or not the former president got vaccinated within this time. This was also the first time Trump told his supporters in attendance, a good portion of whom has expressed against taking the vaccine or skepticism towards it, to get vaccinated.
Trump has previously cast doubt on vaccines even before the pandemic began, making his recent remarks about the COVID-19 vaccine a big change. Despite staying quiet on receiving the vaccine, Trump took credit for its rollout during his appearance at CPAC over the weekend, contrary to CNN’s report that the Biden administration had to start from the beginning when it came to a vaccination plan when Biden was sworn into office.

According to a dating expert, Lady Nadia Essex of UK Channel 4 program Celebs Go Dating, it may only be a matter of time before the former first lady decides to file for a divorce.
Speaking to the Daily Star outlet, Ms. Essex said that the Trumps do not have chemistry together and the former first lady’s body language towards her husband suggests that she does not enjoy his company. Ms. Essex noted the times when Melania would swat her husband’s hand away whenever he tries to hold her hand.
